This place used to be REALLY REALLY good. I ordered a roasted pork egg roll and they just gave me a regular egg roll. Not really a big deal but the Hot n Sour soup is just not very good anymore. I will drive the extra mile to go to China Kitchen from here on.

Great food and service

Online ordering was the best feature of this place there food was already not worth it it was just nice to order it online and go pick it up. I did that today and the lady was super rude to me letting telling me there's no more online ordering and that I had to place my order then they went on to make my order wrong and sit there and talk about me and be rude. Not only was my order wrong but I ordered shrimp and mixed vegetables and got three shrimp in my order and and the rice was over cooked and inedible I will never return to this place again

Have been stopping there for years getting Chinese food. Most of the time good, however, I stopped in May 30 to get dinner and I had to use the restroom and had to wait for older women employee to come out. I could tell that she did not wash her hands because the sink was completely dry. Then she went the kitchen and started preparing the dinners to go. What's wrong with this picture?????????? Bu the way, there was no soap in the dispenser and no towels in the holder. I had to wash up the best I could. Shame on you older lady employee. Will I come back???? Don know, would you? Duscusting......

I can’t confidently say it’s five star quality however, the food is moderately priced, food is hot, service is very quick, and the owners are polite. Ordered the Lo mein dish and it was good. We’ll leave it at that. If you’re looking for traditional Chinese food from a cookie cutter restaurant, then this is it.

Absolutely the worst Asian spot I've ever been too. No seasoning whatsoever in any of the dishes. Made me sick after I ate there. Do not recommend at all. Only reason why I gave it a star is because of the stale fortune cookies that helped my stomach.

Excellent place to eat!

I have ordered here for years and the quality has recently gone down. Gen Taos chicken had not one pepper or green onion and about 4 pcs of broccoli. The chicken was hard and did not taste fresh. Maybe they havent changed the oil this month! Very disappointed. I may give them another chance, but not for awhile.

This place never disappoints! Try their Bourbon Chicken. OH MMM GGG!! We always order steamed dumplings. The sauce to dip them in is to die for!

we have recently moved away from area but we will truly miss China Rose. Actually, it was the only Chinese restaurant that my husband could eat at. The food was always plentiful, delicious, and reasonably priced. The staff were always kind and friendly. Whenever we pass near the area again, we will always stop at our favorite restaurant, China Rose!

Food was delicious considering it was our first time there.

Best Chinese I've had. Not suitable for large groups (try to limit your group to 4 or 5 people), more of a takeout location. Staff is always friendly, food is always fresh and good. Have had very few past incidents with inaccurate orders, and that's only when they did not take out vegetables from my General Tso's Chicken, so no big deal.

To Go means in & out fast right? I got my food, I left, I open the bag and there is no silver ware in it. No plastic fork, no spoon, no napkins. I phoned them, I was told that I am supposed to get those things from the side stand. I had to eat the food with my fingers. I rather get my to-go else where, like at China Kitchen. They put those eating utensils in the bag.

This place is absolutely horrible. The staff were blatantly rude and the food had absolutely no flavor. If I could give this place no stars I would. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Don't waste your money and time.

We eat China Rose takeout almot every week. In the takeout Chinese genre I would rate this a solid 4 stars. Food is always hot, freshly prepared, and tasty. Cost is reasonable. They are really fast. The young lady at the front counter, Eloise, does a good job. My orders are always correct (vs. about 50-50 chances at some other restaurants).

Very good chinese carry out. Very small seating area with little atmosphere, best for carry out. Open to 10 PM which is a big plus.

Really good Chinese in Ooltewah, possibly Chattanooga. It's not a fancy location, but the food is always fresh and tasty.

Paper in my wonton soup! Seemed to be a napkin, must of just been a mistake. 2 stars because the wontons were pretty good. Yeah, I ate the wontons lol.

Great food and service

I've loved this place for the last 17 or so years but quality has fallen off. And they have gotten argumentative when my order was wrong. Tried to tell me general Tao's wasn't supposed to be tempura and received the lunch order of boneless ribs it was 5 or 6 strips of the roast pork(tiny) on top of a container full of fried rice. The pork strips tasted rotten. Not worth the 30 dollar order. Good luck if you choose to eat here

amazing food & amazing service

The chicken was chewy and gummy. I judge Chinese restaurants on the beef and chicken quality. I couldn't eat the chicken. So I don't think I will be ordering from them again. Get some decent quality meat.

I took my husband and 1 year old daughter. We loved it. I been eatting there since I was pregnant with my 1 year old. There food is really good.

Our food was hot and fresh! Also the dinner or large portions was just that very generous portions! They seem to be nice when I called to place my order as well. I'll definitely will be a returning customer :)

Love this place so much! The lady up front (tiffany) is so nice and she is quite lit. Service is 15/10 and food is 20/10!

Always my favorite place to take out Chinese Food. When my family is in the mood for Chinese Food to pick up this is the place place our order. The staff is friendly and always has our order completed before I get to to their location. The food tastes great and I never have any complaints. Food is always still warm when I get home and tastes great.
